JOB APPLICANT FORM

  1. ENTITY IN CHARGE OF PROCESSING

By completing this form we hereby inform you that your personal data will be processed by SAN PATRICK, SLU, a company located in Barcelona, at Om Street, 16, Mas Mateu Industrial Park, s/n, holding Tax Id No. B-63523609 (hereinafter, PRONOVIAS).

  1. PURPOSE

The data will be processed for the sole purpose of managing your application for the vacancy applied for, as well as to contact you for any follow-up that is necessary in relation to said vacancy, through any means, including electronic means, such as email, telephone, SMS, or any other suitable means to fulfill said purpose.

Similarly, we may use your data to verify your academic or employment background, in compliance with prevailing regulations, and invite you to take part in the subsequent interviews, tests, achievement tests, skill or aptitude tests, and any other type of test or activity that may be relevant in line with the job position for which you are submitting your application. Should any of these activities so require, you will be asked beforehand for your consent for it to be carried out.

Your data may be kept on file for future vacancies in any of the Pronovias Group companies (see the end of this document), in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

  1. DATA COMMUNICATION

Your data will not be transferred, sold, rented or placed at the disposal of any third party in any other manner, except those PRONOVIAS service providers who perform specific tasks for the company (such as managing the online job portal), but in no case shall the data be used for their own purposes.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, your data may be communicated or assigned to all companies of the Pronovias Group (see list at the end of this document). These companies will process your data for purposes identical to those indicated above and in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

  1. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

PRONOVIAS is an international brand with a global presence, so it is possible that your data may be processed outside the European Union or the European Economic Area (EU and EEA, respectively); for example, by companies located in the United States, among others, or by international suppliers who may provide their services to the Pronovias Group from outside the EU.

In any case, PRONOVIAS will ensure that such data processing is always protected under suitable and proper guarantees, which may include:

  • EU-Approved Model Contracts: These are contracts approved by the European regulator, and provide sufficient guarantees to ensure that data processing complies comply with the requirements established by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter, "GDPR").
  • Third-party Certifications: For example, the Privacy Shield, a framework agreement between the EU and the United States that establishes a standardized framework for data processing according to the requirements of the GDPR.
  1. LENGTH OF TIME YOUR DATA IS PROCESSED AND STORED

All the data you provide us will be processed during a maximum period of two (2) years from the date of your last application for a vacancy published by PRONOVIAS.

After the period indicated, PRONOVIAS will keep your data duly anonymized for statistical purposes or market studies, whenever possible, or duly blocked, to comply with any legal obligation of PRONOVIAS.

  1. EXERCISE OF YOUR RIGHTS

You may object to any of the processing indicated above at any time with no impact or repercussion on your candidate status in all remaining ways yet possible.

Similarly, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation or portability, by means of written notice addressed to PRONOVIAS at the postal address of Om Street, 16, Mas Mateu Industrial Park, s/n, 08820 Barcelona (Spain) or by email to rrhhprivacy@pronovias.com with “GDPR Recruiting” as the subject of the email.” 

PRONOVIAS centralizes all job applications on behalf of the rest of the companies of Grupo Pronovias, so any application submitted to any one member company will also be understood to be submitted as well to any of the other member companies, with no requirement to expressly notify you of such actions unless you indicate otherwise.

Additionally, you may file a complaint with the competent Supervising Authority if you consider that PRONOVIAS has processed your data in violation of this Privacy Policy or any other prevailing and applicable regulations in force.
