YOUR MISSION:

The Digital Insights & Analytics Manager takes over full ownership of analyzing, reporting & insights communication of all our digital channels. With a focus on digital business data (appointments), WEB, CRM, Paid Media. Furthermore, you are responsible to drive 360 digital business insights for key stakeholders in a fast-paced company. You will also manage our digital analytics agency and will be the bridge to our BI team. This role reports directly to the Digital Marketing Director.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

DASHBOARDING & INSIGHTS MANAGEMENT

  • Weekly Digital Business Dashboard for Management
  • Digital Product Insights Reports for key Stakeholders
  • Digital Business Insights ad-hoc requests
  • Ownership of the Online Appointment funnel
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing KPI definition & reporting
  • Dashboard automation together with BI team

WEB ANALYTICS MANAGEMENT

  • Manage GA360 accounts and standardization across brands
  • Be daily on top of our main WEB business KPIs to ensure high CR
  • Definition and implementation of automated Datastudios
  • Ensure data quality in GA 360
  • Assist Content & Product team on a/b testing
  • Tracking implementation through Tag Management
  • Liaising with developers for technical implementation
  • Web DataLayer definition.
  • Coordinate data QA and help with testing and troubleshooting

CRM – CUSTOMER JOURNEY

  • Analysis of our database to understand & identify customer behavior & opportunities for improvement
  • From Lead to Appointment, Churn, CLTV, etc analysis

DATA MANAGEMENT

  • Be the POC for the marketing team to advise on data collection
  • Coordinate with BI team to build a repository of Marketing data in Qliksense / PowerBI for reporting purposes, integrating data from different channels & departments: Google Analytics, SFMC, Salesforce, Sales Controlling & TPV. It is on you to transfer this data into insightful Reports/dashboards within Qliksense / PowerBi
  • Define queries and technical processes for KPI extraction from BigQuery, GA360
  • Ensure data quality

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR DIGITAL DATA INFRASTRUCTURE

  • Manage data capture implementation across in house and third-party analytics
  • Translate business requirements into analytics technical requirements
  • Work closely with IT team to implement analytics requirements for development sprints
  • Follow data collection standardization and GDPR

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in a quantitative field.
  • Minimum 3 years of reporting and analytics experience.
  • Experience focused on digital program measurement and insights.
  • Skilled at expressing complex problems in easy, understandable ways, injecting creativity into a problem when necessary.
  • Ability to manage heavy workloads, prioritize work appropriately, and meet assigned deadlines; good organizational skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Adept at compiling accurate reports and presenting analytical findings in a clear, concise manner.
  • Creative problem solver with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Fluent in English.
