Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team at Pronovias. This role will support wholesale marketing programs and initiatives for North America. Your creative thinking skills and strategies will be an essential part in driving our brand, enhancing our organization's image, and encouraging business growth by strengthening wholesale relationships. 

 

Ideal candidates for this role should be well-organized, must be excellent writers and communicators, multimedia savvy, and great at establishing and maintaining relationships with customers. Ultimately, this role should have a firm grasp of the different digital touch points in the bridal industry, digital trends, and deliver on projects and deadlines.

 

The individual in this position will work closely with the North America marketing team, commercial team, wholesalers, key stakeholders, and outside partners in a hands-on capacity to implement our overall marketing and digital strategy. We are seeking an individual who is a self-starter, dedicated to growth, aligned with our culture, easy to collaborate with and who will create and support an inspiring environment that promotes productivity, innovation and fun! 

 

What We Expect:   

  • Support North American marketing initiatives under the direction of the North America Marketing Director
  • Manage the New York City showroom
    • Responsible for inventory of sample dresses, coordinate sample shipments for roadshows
    • Manage and maintain visual merchandising for wholesale appointments
  • Develop/strengthen wholesale partnerships by the following:
    • Work with wholesalers to develop Pronovias Group branded content on social media
    • Review trunk show calendar and provide recommendations for listings on social media to achieve optimal organic appointment requests   
    • Day-to-day execution of tier program benefits to update and maintain content on multiple platforms supporting campaigns
    • Maintain inventory of POS materials and handle requests for orders
    • Maintain CRM updates and connections across all platforms (website, social, internal portal, etc.) 
  • Proofread the weekly newsletter making necessary adjustments based on market needs
  • Establish strong industry partnerships and maintain gown galleries on media partner websites, reviewing monthly reports and analyzing best performing styles
  • Assist and execute requests for digital assets with the ability to review trends
  • Develop a variety of design projects including invitations, social media assets, email campaigns, etc.

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered 
  • 1+ years of marketing and wholesale support preferred
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience executing, monitoring and reporting digital marketing campaigns 
  • Team-focused with ability to work autonomously as needed 
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging, dynamic environment where multi-tasking and adaptability are a requirement 
  • Procedure and process oriented with the ability to work within departmental projects and timelines 
  • Graphic design experience preferred
