Infrastructure Manager (CTO)

Role and responsibilities

• Lead the technological strategic plan to improve Pronovias infrastructure
• Design and build the infrastructure architecture, guaranteeing its evolution and dimensioning
• Guarantee the maintenance, administration, operations and support of the infrastructure and communications
• Lead the management of projects in the infrastructure field ensuring compliance in time and costs
• Ensure proper management of all the Group's hardware and software IT assets
• Lead IT Security by implementing the Security roadmap initiatives and managing its tools
• Define and control the internal processes and procedures of the area, as well as support for external audits
• Act as responsible for Backup, RPO, RTO and DRP plans, guaranteeing the Group's operations
• Coordinate store installations and support to the national and international sales network
• Coordinate and supervise external IT partners guaranteeing the agreed SLAs services
• Negotiate proposals with suppliers and manage their renewal contracts.
• Manage the Budget of the area, as well as purchase orders and invoices.
• Provide permanent innovation in the use and management of the group's information technology
• Manage the infrastructure team covering Servers, Networks and Communications
