We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry,  are currently looking for a professional and talented Credits & Collection Team Lead to join our Customer Management Team in our  Barcelona HQ, partnering closely with our Northen Europe Hub.

 About the role:

  • Responsible for all credit and collections operations for the Northern Europe region , with the principal goal of protecting the assets of the company, by balancing exceptional customer service whilst maximizing cash flow through cash collection.
  • Mentor and develop the credit & collections agents towards outstanding performance and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
  • Act as a true Pronovias Group Ambassador by building strong and efficient collaboration relations both with customers and with all the departments involved (Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, etc.)
  • Provide recommendations regarding collection strategy effectiveness, including orders & cash allocation, billing, credit limits, claims & accounts receivable monitoring, loan management and market reporting, deploying strategies that contribute to the Company’s mission.

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration (or related field);
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in Customer & Credit Management within the fashion industry;
  • Team management skills and proven experience;
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package;
  • Team player; enthusiastic, accurate and commercially oriented;
  • Hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude towards work;
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English (recruitment process will be in English), both spoken and written;
  • Other languages such as German or Dutch, will be a plus;
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead a dynamic team;
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills;
  • Customer service orientation and passion for the Bridal Industry.
