Job description

We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry are currently looking for a talented and outstanding Wholesale Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Service Team, based in our Northern Hub offices in Huizen .

As part of our Internal Sales and Customer Care department, and responsible for the DACH area, you are the contact person for our customers regarding orders, follow-up orders, product information, complaints and returns.

Enthusiastic, accurate, stress-resistant, commercially oriented, service-oriented and skilled in making contacts are all qualities that you master to be part of the team.

Role and responsibilities:

Act as the company liaison for the customer base, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty by responding promptly to customer inquiries and effectively resolving their problems and concerns.
Answer a heavy volume call center
Process customer orders/exchanges/returns/reimbursements/cancellations according to established department policies and procedures
Provide customers with timely and accurate information via phone and email regarding order status and product knowledge inquiries
Book and manage trunk show and loaner programs
Work closely with Logistics, Accounting and Sales Departments for shipping, payments and service solutions

Requirements

Has good command of Dutch, German and English, both spoken and written;
Has an HBO working and thinking level;
At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position within the fashion industry;
Hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude to work;
Works in a client- and solution-oriented way;
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
Team player; enthusiastic, accurate, commercially oriented, service-oriented and skilled in making contacts are all qualities requested;
Passion for the Bridal and Fashion Industry.
