Job description

The Pronovias Group People department would like to count with a new talent specialist focused on Talent Acquisition, Training and Development.

 About the role:

Talent Acquisition (60%):

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from the profile analysis with our internal clients to final interviews for our teams in headquarters Barcelona, Stores and Hubs located in Italy, USA, Netherlands, and China.
  • Support our retail managers finding the best talent for our stores around the world.
  • Improve and optimize our recruitment tools to increase efficiency and find more talent.
  • Assist with the new hires onboardings to ensure a proper induction in Pronovias Group.
  • Collaborate in the improvement of our external employer branding strategy such as LinkedIn, business school events…

 

Training & Development (40%)

  • Prepare, adapt, and deliver training materials that will be uploaded in our current online training platforms.
  • Dynamization of the online training platform, creating call-to-actions and follow ups to motivate teams to participate.
  • Prepare, adapt, and deliver training materials.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external trainings, from the analysis of the training needs to the follow up and evaluation once it has been performed.
  • Coordinate the set-up of technical and skills training for our teams, with the input of the department stakeholders.
  • Give support in the other HR initiatives such as performance review, climate survey, internal communication…

 

Requirements

Main requirements for the position

 

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Advanced level of English, other languages will be a plus
  • Advanced level of PowerPoint and graphic design software
  • Sensitivity in communication and aesthetics
