Job description

 

Pronovias Group is looking for a creative and highly motivated UI/UX Designer to join our Digital Marketing Team. You will create meaningful and user centric web experiences that engage with our customers and drive conversion rate optimization. You will report to the Digital Project Manager and work closely with UI Front End Developer, UX Specialists, Digital Content Specialists, SEO & SEM Specialists and Magento Developers.

 

Main objectives:

  • Maintain the Digital content on the Pronovias Group Websites.
  • Create and optimize user centric mobile and desktop landing pages, wireframes and designs based on customer insights and data.
  • Ensure quality and maximum compatibility between different browsers and devices.
  • Use Digital Analysis & Feedback tools to make decision, design and iterate solutions.
  • Participate in user research activities and usability studies.
  • A/B Testing and CRO.
  • Produce interaction flow, site maps, interactive prototypes and UI mock-ups.
  • Work with Magento Web Developers to implement design solutions.
  • Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the Digital MKT Team..

Requirements

  • Experience:

    At least 2-3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer. Preferably in Fashion Industry.

  • Skills required / Competences:

    - Solid experience of Sketch, Adobe Photoshop and Invision.

    - Proved experience working with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JAVASCRIPT & JQUERY.

    - Proved experience creating CSS or JS animation.

    - Solid knowledge of UX & UI Principles and brand’s guidelines.

    - Extensive knowledge of responsive and adaptative web approaches.

    - Customer-centric oriented mentality.

  • Bonus Skills:

    - Experience working with Magento platform.

    - A/B testing.

    - Experience working with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Lean Start up,.).

    - Use and understanding of Google Analytics data and other feedback tools.

    - Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.

     

  • Soft Required Skills / Competences:

    - Fluent in English.

    - Aesthetic Eye.

    - Team worker.

    - Attention to detail.

    - Motivated, proactive and resolutive.
