Job description

We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry with headquartes in Barcelona, are currently looking for a talented and outstanding IT Support Technician to join our IT Team.

Responsabilities and Functions:

Remote resolution or escalation of incidents according to the operating procedure
Updating of operating systems
Mobile device management with MDM
Telephone customer service
PC incidences remotely / in person resolution.
Equipment configuration
Equipment layout
General support

Requirements

Use of the ticketing system for incidences management
Knowledge of IP networks
Knowledge with databases
Computer skills in general
Ability to resolve incidents.
English conversation level.
Diplomas / certifications in IT will be a plus.
French and / or Italian will be a plus.
