We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry with headquartes in Barcelona, are currently looking for a talented and outstanding US HR Business Partner to join our Americas hub, partnering closely with Global HR in Barcelona. 

Our mission is bringing HAPPINESS into the world by dressing with style our customers’ dreams, being the best partner to our clients and building together an exciting place to work. 

Role and responsibilities:

  • Overview all HR related topics for our retail, wholesale and corporate businesses in the Americas region.  
  • Lead the talent acquisition strategy for the region and directly conduct efficiently all the recruitment assignments, guaranteeing the fit with the Pronovias profile & values.
  • Partner with line managers, providing HR day-to-day performance management guidance (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)..
  • Adapt and Implement the Employment policies and processes for the region, including the continuous update of the internal company handbooks, procedures and best practices, reducing legal risks and ensuring
    regulatory compliance, partnering closely with the US Finance & Payroll team.
  • Collaborate in defining and prioritizing the training plan actions with the managers, to plan & organize development actions aligned with the business needs.
  • Overview payroll, benefits and tax, according to the HR calendar
  • Coordinate & implement the different cross HR projects defined by headquarters, guaranteeing the commitment and engagement of the teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business, complemented with specific HR training.
  • At least 4 years of experience in similar role within the Fashion Industry, having supported Retail Stores across several regions within the US Territory.
  • Results and operations driven, used to work within a fast paced multinational environment
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both in English and Spanish.
  • Available to travel at least 30% of the time.
