We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry, are currently looking for a professional and talented Customer Service Specialist to join our Wholesale Customer Management Team in our  North America HUB, in NYC.

 About the role:

  • Act as the company liaison for the customer base, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty by responding promptly to customer inquiries and effectively resolving their problems and concerns.
  • Answer a heavy volume call center
  • Process customer orders/exchanges/returns/reimbursements/cancellations according to established department policies and procedures
  • Provide customers with timely and accurate information via phone and email regarding order status and product knowledge inquiries
  • Book and manage trunk show and loaner programs
  • Work closely with Logistics, Accounting and Sales Departments for shipping, payments and service solutions

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration (or related field);
  • At least 1-3 years of work experience in B2B Customer Service within the fashion industry;
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package;
  • Team player; enthusiastic, accurate and commercially oriented;
  • Hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude towards work;
  • Ability to think strategically;
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills;
  • Customer service orientation and passion for the Bridal Industry.
