Job description

Pronovias Group, global leader in the bridal industry is looking for a hands-on Retail Operations Coordinator, that will be accountable guaranteeing availability and continuity of the general services coverage across all the current US locations in Pronovias, while actively supporting the ambitious expansion plan that the company is rolling out across the US.

Role and responsibilities:

Coordinate delegated retail operations projects and services with headquarters Retail & Operations teams.
Identify and present new general services improvement opportunities to streamline OPEX.
General services installation and maintenance supervision as main point of contact with the local partners, acting as first level support to all the US locations.
Control and purchase of general services supplies: hardware/software/phones/ general services products for stores.
Support the US Retail Director in coordinating the implementation, roll out and ongoing of the retail operations in the stores.

Requirements

BS in Business Administration or related field
At least 3 years experience developing administrative or mainteinance & general services coordination functions within a retail international environment
Used to liase and negotiate with mainteinance & general services vendors.
