Job description

We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry with headquarters in Barcelona, are currently looking for a professional and talented Wholesale Business Controller to join our Finance Team. Role & responsibilities:

Establish wholesale commercial control, participating in the process of monthly closings, budget management and deviations;
Analyze sales and margins and determine their impact on price configuration;
Prepare monthly reports on the billing, margins, customers and categories of the different products;
Business performance management and business prospects;
Providing a solid financial analysis of cases for new business opportunities that exist internationally;
Proactively contribute to maintaining and improving a robust and rigorous internal control environment.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a Big4 accounting firm or focused in business analysis roles from similar industries.
Degree in Finance/BA/Economics plus a master’s degree desirable.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables / database management / modelling) – we will conduct a short Excel test as part of the interview process.
Business level in Spanish and English.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with capacity to convince more than tell.
Strong commercial acumen, hands-on approach.
Understanding of B2B business a plus.
Ability to work under pressure towards meeting deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
