Job description

We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry with headquarters in Barcelona, are currently looking for a professional and talented Junior Merchandiser to join our Merchandising Team. Roles & Responsibilities:

Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with Merchandising Team.
Liaising with buyers, analysts, stores, suppliers, and distributors.
Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season.
Using computer software, for example to handle sales statistics, produce sales projections and present spread sheets and graphs.
Analysing bestsellers.
Maintaining awareness of competitors' performance.
Monitoring slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary.
Gathering information on customers' reactions to products.
Analysing the previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines.
Mentor administrative support team and lead by example.

Requirements

Previous experience within a Merchandising team and a genuine passion for the bridal/fashion industry.
Degree in BA/ Fashion Management/Brand Management or similar.
Strong sensitivity and passion for the product.
Strong analytical skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis on sales performance and report/feedback from the market.
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Proactive, dynamic, team player with strong relational skills.
International experience.
Fluent English level
Ability to work under pressure towards meeting deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
