We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry with headquarters in Barcelona, are currently looking for a professional and talented Head of Product Management to join our Merchandising department.
The role aims to guarantee the optimization of the integral management of the product at a global level.

Main functions and responsibilities:
• Coordination of the Retail Stock Allocation department.
• Ensure optimal stock levels to achieve objectives.
• Qualitative and quantitative analysis of product, competition, market trends, etc.
• Monitoring of the performance of the collections at the different points of sale, in order to detect growth opportunities.
• Manage the assortment of stores according to the market, associated purchases and the corresponding commercial actions.
• Collaborate with the merchandising department in the collection creation process.
• Management of the purchase budget based on expected sales in the retail and multi-brand channel.
• Periodic monitoring of group sales in order to optimize stocks and pass purchase orders for best-selling products.
• Prepare and manage purchase proposals based on the group's sales forecasts to ensure a correct supply of the product in the Retail channel.
• Management of the weekly supply of the retail channel.
• Redistribution and transfers of product between stores to adapt the product assortment to the particular needs of each store / area.
• Supervise and follow up on sales and stock results to have information on the acceptance of collections in the store.
-Training in Business Administration.
-At least 5 years of experience as Product Manager or Commercial Product in the luxury fashion sector and international environment.
-Key competences: Analytical skills, Planning and Organization, passion for the world of fashion
-Experience in team management
-High English is essential, knowledge of other languages being highly valuable.
