Job description

We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry with headquartes in Barcelona, are currently looking for a talented and outstanding PR & Press Assistant to join our Brand Communication Team.

Our mission is bringing HAPPINESS into the world by dressing with style our customers’ dreams, being the best partner to our clients and building together an exciting place to work.

Public Relations:

Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a regular basis, and optimize based on results
Coordinate external PR agencies

Press:

Press review and prepare detailed media activity reports
Assist with the copywriting and edit of press releases, communications copies and translations, press kit preparation and dispatch, and follow up to check receipt
Track and maintain press and influencer database to ensure it is up to date and optimized

Showroom:

Showroom organization
Manage sample requests, trafficking and send outs across all digital media shoots and influencer talent loans

Others:

Draft internal and external presentations
Support events coordination and special projects
Explore new opportunities for the Brand through competitors/brand analysis

Requirements

BsC in Journalism, Public Relations or related field
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
