We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry, are currently looking for a professional and talented Marketing Specialist  to join our WMarketing Team in our  North America HUB, in NYC.

About the role:

The Marketing Engagement Specialist will support in shaping the brand and marketing strategies for Pronovias Group. By working collaboratively with key cross-functional teams, strategizing around all aspects of B2B and B2C marketing. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position will help execute the strategies to support Pronovias Groups next chapter of growth within the Americas and our mission to to be the first global bridal group shaping the future of our industry for every bride. The ideal candidate is a visionary who is commercially minded; a consumer-focused entrepreneur who knows how to build brands through creativity and innovation. Has the ability to unite key colleagues and external partners by gaining trust through demonstrated expertise. A strategic mind with strong Business acumen: Proven Brand Strategist with deep consumer understanding. Is a team builder and player, great motivator, development of talent with excellent communication skills. Takes a proactive approach with a start-up mindset and can excel in an environment driven with autonomy and tenacity to achieve targets. Has experience in digital and social marketing, passion for trends and pop culture, and is obsessed with data-driven consumer insights. The individual should promote a curious nature and desire to understand and master new marketing techniques and strategies, with a passion for growing on a marketing team.

Role and responsibilities:

  • B2B Marketing support: Review trunk show calendar on a monthly basis in partnership with wholesale managers and provide XLS list to communicate to HQ the right SM support per TS per customer. Review newsletter calendar with Director of Marketing on a monthly basis and provide strategy for wholesaler needs in local market, approve weekly newsletter topics. Proofread weekly newsletters with on time testing links and downloads. Develop special programs to establish best relations with VIPs customers through Trunk shows and Social Media. Manage and develop digital asset requests from WS and co-creation WS, providing specific market related key dates. Develop a variety of digital assets and fulfill design projects as needed for events invitations. Update and maintain Gown Galleries with new collections, reviewing monthly reports and providing top trending styles. Support sales events by overseeing look and feel of roadshows and showroom, creating a beautiful environment with necessary tools and information to ease customers and encourage sales.
  • Retail Marketing Support: Support retail strategy to increase traffic including events and digital support. Review merchandising, music, video, photos, etc. to ensure brand guidelines are being followed in retail stores (retail ops). Coordinate scheduling all appointments with US retail for VIP's 
  • Marketing strategy: Under the direction of the Director of Marketing and support from HQ, assist in Pronovias Group's marketing strategies within the Americas to drive growth in each of Pronovias's businesses (retail & wholesale). Work closely with marketing, digital, and sales teams to ensure Pronovias's customers are receiving a full brand experience. Collaborate and support on key company priorities including industry events, new launches, key sales meetings, etc. 
  • Brand strategy: Act as a brand evangelist for external partners, articulating the brand’s ambition, range, and authority. Internally, be a source of inspiration for all teams. Help bring brand and storytelling perspective to life across social media, editorial touchpoints, and media while keeping a pulse of existing and emerging consumer and cultural trends. Use quantitative and qualitative customer insights as well as brand strategy development to continually impact the ongoing conversation between our brand and its audience to deliver campaigns that resonate with our bride. 
  • Content strategy: Ensure all Pronovias content across platforms aligns with core messaging and brand-building strategy. Support the annual calendar and content strategy specifically for the Americas. Collaborate with Barcelona HQ to ensure Pronovias is executing on its content calendar and delivering on its key marketing milestones and brand-defining initiatives. 
  • Media: Ensure alignment and influence strategic direction and recommendations. Collaborate with HQ marketing team, to ensure a cohesive communication program for the portfolio. 
  • Social Media: Support the development of innovative, differentiated owned strategies across multiple programs and activations including, but not limited to organic social, UGC and brand campaigns, brand partnerships, ambassador community development, and content strategy. Contribute on Calendar and activate Wholesale content co-creation for US and Canada, across all brands.

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered 
  • 1+ years of marketing and wholesale support preferred
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience executing, monitoring and reporting digital marketing campaigns 
  • Team-focused with ability to work autonomously as needed 
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging, dynamic environment where multi-tasking and adaptability are a requirement 
  • Procedure and process oriented with the ability to work within departmental projects and timelines 
  • Graphic design experience preferred
