About the role:
The Marketing Engagement Specialist will support in shaping the brand and marketing strategies for Pronovias Group. By working collaboratively with key cross-functional teams, strategizing around all aspects of B2B and B2C marketing. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position will help execute the strategies to support Pronovias Groups next chapter of growth within the Americas and our mission to to be the first global bridal group shaping the future of our industry for every bride. The ideal candidate is a visionary who is commercially minded; a consumer-focused entrepreneur who knows how to build brands through creativity and innovation. Has the ability to unite key colleagues and external partners by gaining trust through demonstrated expertise. A strategic mind with strong Business acumen: Proven Brand Strategist with deep consumer understanding. Is a team builder and player, great motivator, development of talent with excellent communication skills. Takes a proactive approach with a start-up mindset and can excel in an environment driven with autonomy and tenacity to achieve targets. Has experience in digital and social marketing, passion for trends and pop culture, and is obsessed with data-driven consumer insights. The individual should promote a curious nature and desire to understand and master new marketing techniques and strategies, with a passion for growing on a marketing team.
