Job description

 

Pronovias Group has been dressing dreams for more than 50 years through our four brands: Pronovias, Saint Patrick, White One, Nicole and Ladybird.

We are constantly growing and therefore, we are looking for a Bridal Sales Supervisor for our team in Boston.

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Partner with Management team to assist with daily operations of the Sales Team
  • Support Sales Consultants with appointments as necessary
  • Support Management with training opportunities for the Sales Team
  • Assist and advise the client with a professional demeanor all while providing excellent service and satisfying their needs.
  • Meet the sales and efficiency goals set by the Store Manager.
  • On a daily basis, complete appointment related tasks in order to properly prepare for upcoming appointments while ensuring perfect attention to detail and customer satisfaction; in addition to the daily organization of activities to be performed.
  • Generate business and traffic through the management of your client portfolio in addition to the clients that arrive through means of the contact center.
  • Communicate with Central regarding product in order to ensure its availability and compliance with established quality requirements and defined delivery times.
  • Perform administrative support tasks (telephone support, cashier closing, receipt of merchandise, tracking, transfers, inventories, etc.), contributing to the excellent operation of the store.
  • Ensure at all times a correct store image following the internal policy established by PRONOVIAS in terms of order and visual standards both for the sales area, workshop and warehouse.
  • Resolve possible incidents in an agile and effective way.

Requirements

We are looking for a person with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in consultation and sales supervisor of premium or luxury brands.

A passionate person to provide excellent service to our clients with a positive attitude.

We would love to incorporate a goal-oriented person, with the ability to work as a team and reflect a problem-solving attitude.

You must have excellent communication skills and the contribution of languages ​​will be highly valuable.
