In Pronovias Group we have been over 50 years dressing dreams with our five brands: Pronovias, San Patrick, White One, Nicole y Ladybird.
We are currently hiring an Floor Manager for our store in London, that will coordinate and lead the store team and related activities in accordance with the guidelines of the Store Manager, ensuring compliance with assigned sales targets, customer satisfaction and the image of Pronovias.
Role and responsibilites:
Act as partner with Store Director to lead and develop the front of house team and ensure that business goals are achieved accordingly, including:
Operations
• Support Store Director in the supervision of the front of house operations to ensure that the customer journey standards are in place, including: welcoming, appointments, customer management, visual merchandising, product allocation and commercial actions & events.
• Supervise the planning of the agenda of appointments in line with booking tool needs, and commercial tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational success of the store.
• Monitor sales and commercial KPI's in order to develop actions plans that will contribute to:
• Be a true Brand Ambassador, ensuring all the Customer Excellence standards are met end-to-end throughout the Customer Journey.
Team organization
• Organize and lead the front of house team to ensure the achievement of individual and group objectives
• Support Store Director in attracting and selecting the best talent for Pronovias in partnership with HR team.
• Coach and develop members of the team to ensure that they demonstrate the highest professional excellence in their specific roles
• Continuously train the front of house team to ensure they meet the Pronovias excellence standards
• Promote an adequate working environment and to manage in a professional and impartial manner the problems and conflicts that may arise.
We are looking for someone with a consolidated experience in Store Sales Management in Premium or Luxury Fashion sectors. The knowledge of the bridal or occasionwear industry is a plus.
It is also essential that you are a positive person, passionate over delivering an excelent customer experience to our customers, results oriented, strong teamworker and a great problem solver.
You will also be a proactive and ambitious leader that has succesfully drived change within sales teams towards a better and more efficient performance.
