Store Operations Specialist

About the role:

The mission will be to provide service to our network of stores, with the aim of improving satisfaction, proposing ideas for improvement and increasing the quality and efficiency of the systems and processes in the area.

Principal functions:

• Act as the main contact of the stores, either by phone, electronically or personally, acting as a link with the different corporate departments.
• Monitoring of the management of shipments both to own stores and to international franchises, from preparation to final delivery.
• Manage the opening and closing of stores, entry of orders for non-salable material, product and their shipment, as well as change of address, entry of returns, blocking of merchandise and collection management.
• Process orders, requests and petitions (Product replenishment, non-salable, office supplies, Express orders, raw materials, among others).
• Prepare and distribute activity reports for managed stores.
• Work together with the Commercial Manager Area reporting all kinds of cases identified in the stores.
