We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry with headquarters in Barcelona, are currently looking for a talented and outstanding Purchasing Specialist to join our Supply & Procurement department.

Our mission is bringing HAPPINESS into the world by dressing with style our customers’ dreams, being the best partner to our clients and building together an exciting place to work.

Your mission will be to manage the portfolio of suppliers (mostly international) assigned to you while reporting to the Procurement Manager:

Purchasing from assigned suppliers.
Communication with suppliers.
Organization and follow-up of orders.
Delivery planning.
Management of incidents.
Invoice review.
Other administrative tasks related to the functional area of purchases.

Requisitos

At least 2 years experience in supply management/purchasing in the fashion industry.
High level of English, both spoken and written.
Having a good level of Italian will be a plus.
Knowledge of the ERP environment will be valued, and especially M3.
Office Package (especially Excel)
Organized, confident, proactive, analytical, autonomous, rigorous and service-minded person.
Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., with flexibility in the time of entry. Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
