We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry with headquarters in Barcelona, are currently looking for a professional and talented Consolidation & Reporting Manager to join our Finance Team. The candidate’s primary responsibilities are to provide analysis and insights through the consolidation & reporting of global financial performance. The candidate will also oversee the overhead expenses and capital management of the corporate headquarters in Barcelona. The candidate will lead a team of two analysts in Barcelona, as well as being the key contact point for the finance functions in the four hubs (Southern Europe, Northern & Eastern Europe, Americas and Asia). This individual will be responsible for leading the consolidation and reporting of the monthly management accounts to our shareholders and lenders, as well as coordinating the financial budget, forecast and long-term planning. The candidate will support our three sales channels (wholesale, retail and franchises) and the four reporting hubs and drive continuous improvement and excellence in system integrity and report quality. The candidate should expect to take part in ad hoc projects and analysis supporting global initiatives.

Key tasks

  • Consolidate and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reporting submission to shareholders and lenders.
  • Maintain high-quality, reliable and timely submission of information.
  • Collaborate closely with channel & hub controlling teams and key internal stakeholders at headquarters to gain an in-depth understanding of the business, operations & systems in order to project financial performance and explain variances.
  • Coordinate the budget, forecast and long-term projection processes.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis on global business performance.
  • Partner with shared service departments at headquarters, managing the overhead expenses and CAPEX of headquarters.
  • Develop and maintain the integrity of the management reporting process and controls, drive automation and standardisation through systems and tools to maximize efficiency.
  • Build an inclusive and motivated team environment and guide and mentor your team members in both headquarters and hub finance functions.

Requisitos

  • Accounting or Finance Degree with 5+ years of related experience.
  • Big4 audit or transaction services experience preferred.
  • Solid experience in varied financial roles with advanced knowledge in reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
  • Results oriented, flexible and demonstrates a resourceful and pro-active attitude.
  • A self-starter that is well organized with an ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in reporting & analytical tools, Oracle and Power BI are a plus.
  • Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Previous fashion industry experience is an advantage.
