Job description

We are currently looking for a professional and talented Store Operations Specialist to join our Operations team.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process orders, requests and petitions (Product replenishment, non-salable, office supplies, Express orders, raw materials, among others).
  • Work together with the Commercial Manager Area reporting all kinds of cases identified in the stores.
  • Act as the main contact of the stores, either by phone or electronically, acting as a link with the different corporate departments.
  • Monitoring of the management of shipments to own stores, from preparation to final delivery.
  • Manage the opening and closing of stores, entry of orders for non-salable material, product and their shipment, as well as change of address, entry of returns, blocking of merchandise and collection management.
  • Prepare and distribute activity reports for managed stores.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of work experience in B2B Customer Service.
  • Fix schedule from 12pm to 9pm with one hour for lunch.
  • Advanced command of Spanish and English (C2), a third language will be a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package, especially on Excel; knowledge in ERP's will be a plus.
  • Availability to work in afternoon shift.
  • Own vehicle is highly required.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Team player; enthusiastic, accurate and commercially oriented.
  • Hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude towards work;
  • Customer service orientation and passion for the Bridal Industry.
  • Experience in receiving incoming calls and making outgoing calls.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills, proactive and decisive attitude, used to teamwork.
