Job description

Actualmente estamos buscando un Administrativo/a (temporal) para unirse a nuestro equipo de Operaciones.

 

Funciones y responsabilidades:

  • Comunicación con proveedores.
  • Organización y seguimiento de pedidos.
  • Planificación de entregas.
  • Gestión de incidencias.
  • Revisión de facturas.
  • Comunicación para la resolución de dudas e incidencias con departamentos como producto, contabilidad, logística, garantía de calidad y atención al cliente.

Requirements

  • 3 años de experiencia.
  • Nivel alto de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
  • Acostumbrado a trabajar con ERP, especialmente M3 y se valorará Power BI.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de Excel.
  • Organizado, resolutivo, proactivo, analítico, autónomo, riguroso y con gran orientación al cliente.
