Job description

We are currently scouting for talent to join our team in the position of Bridal Designer. This is a new opening as we expand our design team, who works cross-functionally with the entire product department.

Our mission is to support designers to express their creativity. As a Bridal Designer, you will help elevate Pronovias brand's identity, working under our brand expression guidelines, and will be responsible for creating and executing inspirational mood boards, sketches of dresses and bridal accessories, fabrics and beadings selection , working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Your mission will be creating the best designs and transforming them into beautiful dresses, following the entire project of creating bridal collections accross the different brands that are part of the Pronovias Group.
You will have the opportunity of working closely with the entire product team, including our atelier, checking together every sketch, mock-up steps and participating in fittings.
You will be working cross - functionally, getting involved with many other teams at the company such as: helping to develop shootings and media content, by partnering with both our internal creative services and social media teams; or partnering with the merchandising department to introduce market input and help you develop the perfect balance between art and commerce in your designs.

Requirements

As a requirement to be in the recruitment process, you will be asked for your portfolio with some examples of freehand sketches. If you could add a link in your CV, we would really appreciate it!
At least 1 year of experience in formal/evening wear or bridal.
Talent, passion and love for fashion.
Creative mind-set.
Excellent capability in hand made sketching.
Excellent knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator.
Basic knowledge in woman modeling is considered an advantage.
Advanced level of English. The knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Capability to handle projects and meet tight deadlines.
Effective in navigating the internal organization to resolve issues and achieve objectives.
Team working attitude, to create the good atmosphere necessary for creating beauty and dream.
