Wholesale Division

Pronovias Group, the leader in the Bridal sector, is looking for a high-performing Wholesale Area Manager North America to join our hub in the US. 

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Wholesale Area Manager will be responsible for the Sales Development and Coordination of this area.

 Responsibilities:

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the North America area.
  • Managing and coordinating a team of agents in the territory.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
  • Coordinating the area in accordance with the Pronovias Group directions and policies. 
     

 

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director.
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Available to travel 60% of the time, within the terrirory assigned and to the HQ in Barcelona. 
  • Passion for the Fashion Industry.
