We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the luxury Bridalwear industry  are currently looking for a talented and outstanding Sales and Training Executive to join our Northern Hub Wholesale Commercial Team. Will be reporting directly to the Sales Director.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage retailer operation plans designed to increase market share and drive sales.
  • Responsible for training of retailers on product knowledge, merchandising, social media, and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and launch collections for our 6 brands.
  • Boost our presence in the market with our new outstanding brand Vera Wang Bride.
  • Act a true partner with stakeholders in order to improve their business.
  • Analyse product assortment , sales/market data , trend forecast and identify KPI’s to drive the business.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Designer brand Trunk Shows with top retailers to support the Sell Out of products and drive the business to growth.
  • Amplify retailer experience by hosting merchandising, product knowledge and sales training programms.

Requirements

  • Has good command of Dutch and German, both spoken and written;
  • Experience in a similar position within the Wholesale and Retail industry;
  • Works in a client- and solution-oriented way;
  • Excellent knowledge of International Business development;
  • Passion for the product and knowledge of its own development and merchandising;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Team player; enthusiastic, accurate,  commercially oriented, service-oriented and skilled in making contacts are all qualities requested;
  • Hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude to work;
  • Passion for the Bridal and Fashion Industry;
  • High communication skills focused on training teams;
  • Availability to work on saturdays.
  • Flexibility of residence in Germany and / or surroundings.
