We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry with headquarters in Barcelona, are currently looking for a talented and outstanding Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst  to join our IT Team.

Responsabilities and Functions:

• Lead the management and maintenance of the Salesforce environment, teaching all the organization and supporting both the technical technology teams, as well as the business areas.

• Know and evolve the model and data architecture of Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Social Studio

• Manage users and licenses, including registrations and cancellations, roles, profiles, permissions, groups and queues, guaranteeing the proper use of the Salesforce platform in all implemented modules.

• Perform new configurations and maintenance of existing ones, including: workflows, process builder, flows, assignment rules, approval processes, custom objects and fields, layouts, record types, among others.

• Ensure Salesforce performance by deleting data and identifying other opportunities for improvement

• Identify and collect requirements from the business areas, proposing the best practices for their implementation, acting as a point of union between the owners of the processes and the technical team.

• Follow the Pronovias methodology developing functional designs for developments in the knowledge base

• Execute tests in Sandbox environments, leading the steps to production, training and documentation
• Manage requests, analyze and resolve second level incidents when Helpdesk cannot resolve them

• Evaluate the impact of new releases on implemented functionalities proposing alternatives to the business

• Identify functionalities included in existing modules and not used by business that can add value

• Support the organization by participating in meetings with Marketing, Retail and Wholesale, as a Salesforce reference point and providing the technological vision in the implementation of improvements

• Know and support the integrations between the platform and other applications in the group's environment.

• Build reports and dashboards to provide business insights and use dataloader to extract data if necessary

Requirements

• +3 years of experience with demonstrable experience in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Digital Engagement
• Knowledge of the Service Cloud data model; knowledge in Marketing Cloud and Social Studio valued
• Technical knowledge in Apex, integrations, webservices and Lightning Web Components will be valued
• Knowledge of AppExchange solutions to use in business processes and considering the impact
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in the application of agile methodologies
• Experience in Retail or CPG will be valued, especially if it is in the luxury sector

• Computer engineering or similar or equivalent experience
• Certifications such as Salesforce administrator or other additional ones will be valued
• Advanced knowledge of English; other languages ​​will be valued

 

Soft skills:

• Teamwork, but operate autonomously when required
• Ability to operate in dynamic environments with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• Decision-making capacity with the ability to influence other people and departments
• Communication capacity at different levels, from directors of other departments (e.g, Marketing, Wholesale, etc), Business Managers, as well as technical aspects with IT teams
• Ability to create relationships with people inside and outside the department in a collaborative way
• Ability to respond positively to feedback that is constructive
