Job description

 

We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry with headquarters in Barcelona, are currently looking for a talented and outstanding US & Mexico Retail HR Business Partner to join our Americas hub, partnering closely with Global HR team in Barcelona. 

In this role, most of your time will be spent with the team and on the sales floor, serving as a primary point of contact for all HR related matters and seeing first-hand how you can continuously propel the business forward, focusing on helping the store teams to adopt behaviors and continuously learn throughout key moments in their career. 

Role and responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Support Store Managers in finding the best talent for our stores, anticipating recruitment needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from the profile analysis with our internal clients, candidate screening, to final interviews and new hire process.
  • Contribute to the improvement and optimization our recruitment tools to increase efficiency and find more talent.
  • Assist and monitor the new hires onboardings to ensure a proper induction in Pronovias Group and guarantee a consistent acknowledgement of the retail service standards and policies for all employees.
  • Collaborate with in the improvement of our external employer branding strategy in the region.

Training:

  • Support HR on-boarding, conduct new hire touch bases, and support new leader assimilation for Store Management roles
  • Prepare, adapt, and deliver training materials, uploading them on our online training platforms and monitor regularly its completion by the target population.
  • Dynamize the training calendar, creating monthly call-to-actions and follow ups to motivate teams to participate.
  • Organize and coordinate in full internal and external trainings: from the analysis of the training needs, content creation, up to the follow up and evaluation once it has been completed.

Development:

    • Coach managers on site on how to better support, develop & drive their teams and train them on how to best utilize HR tools available for this purpose.
    • Conduct exit interviews of voluntary terminations, report and analyze trends and help to recommend solutions
    • Give support in the roll out of global HR initiatives such as performance reviews, climate survey, internal communication announcements…

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in similar role within the Fashion Industry, having supported Retail Stores recruitment and training across several regions within the US/Mexico territory.
  • You have a proficient level of English and Spanish is required and the domain of other languages will be a plus
  • You are Results and operations driven, used to work within a fast paced multinational environment
  • You have the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • You are available to travel at least 40% of the time.
