Job description

PRONOVIAS GROUP, a global leader in the bridal industry, is seeking an intern designer to join our Design Team at our Barcelona headquarters.

Responsibilities:

As a Bridal Fashion Design Intern for Pronovias Group, you will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of the head designer and be responsible for creating inspirational mood boards, sketches of dresses and bridal accessories, and selecting fabrics and beadings.
You will collaborate with the head designer of the main collections and assist in creating the best designs and transforming them into beautiful dresses, following the entire project of creating the collection.
You will also have the chance to work closely with the product team, checking every sketch, mock-up steps, and fittings to realize your ideas.
In addition, you will participate in creating photoshoots, working with the creative service department and social media department to create creative social content.
As an intern, you will also be in contact with the merchandising department, receiving feedback from the market and proper input to develop the perfect design. This internship will provide you with valuable experience and exposure to the bridal fashion industry.

Requirements

Studies in fashion design or previous experience in Evening or Bridal tailoring;
Excellent craftsmanship and creative aptitude;
Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite ( Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobate);
Knowledge of fabrics and garments in the Bridal/Evening sector;
Strong creative mindset;
Proficient English skills and Spanish.
Communicative competency and resilient;
Able to work in a team;
Strong affinity for fashion.
Positive and proactive attitude.
