Italy Credit Collection Specialist

 About the role:

• Managing credit and collections operations for the Italy region, with the principal goal of protecting the assets of the company, by balancing exceptional customer service whilst maximizing cash flow through cash collection.
• Act as a true Pronovias Group Ambassador by building strong and efficient collaboration relations both with customers and with all the departments involved (Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, etc.)
• Provide recommendations regarding collection strategy effectiveness, including orders & cash allocation, billing, credit limits, claims & accounts receivable monitoring, loan management and market reporting, deploying strategies that contribute to the Company’s mission.
