Job description

We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry, are currently looking for a professional and talented Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Service Team in our Barcelona HQ.

Key tasks will be:

Assist customers and Sales representatives with all questions and concerns via phone and email.
Answer phone calls to assist customers calling in with inquiries.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, provide the best solution to solve the problem, expedite correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution. To achieve this, the person hired will have to work closely with our Logistics, Accounting, Production and Sales Team.
Process customer orders/exchanges/RAs/reimbursements/cancellations.
Provide customers with timely and accurate information, order status and product knowledge inquiries.
Follow-up on any issue until they are fully resolved.
Coordinate Trunk show and Loaner programs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Business Administration (or related field).
At least 1-3 years of work experience in B2B Customer Service/Administrative experience within Wholesale Fashion/Bridal industry preferred.
Portuguese, English and Spanish speaker (Proficiency or advanced), an extra language will be a plus.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package, M3 and CLIMA knowledge preferred.
Team player, enthusiastic, accurate and commercially oriented.
Hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude towards work.
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
Requires friendly, professional etiquette and courtesy in interfacing with customers on the telephone.
Availability to work from 15.30h to 00.30h pm.
