Job description

We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry, are currently looking for a professional and talented Technical Office Specialist to join our Customer Service Team in our Barcelona HQ. The person will be responsible of Product Industrialization Processes in all categories (Bridal + Occasional Wear + Accessories) managing all technical information (Tech Pack), PPS checking, tracker, timings and priorities of each Collections.

Key tasks will be:

Will be responsible on Technical checking of Prototypes, Pre Production Samples (PPS) and Pre shipment Samples
Will be following up al Production processes, supporting all suppliers from HQ and QC stations (in HQ and in Country of Origin)
Must be available to travel to the different supplier allocations on South Asia and Eastern Europe.

Requirements

Studies in pattern making and industrial clothing or textile engineering
Previous experience in the textile and clothing sector.
Advance or Proficiency in English.
Management Capacity
Skills in dealing with suppliers
Be able to travel full time
Dynamic and enthusiastic, including high acceptance and adaptability to routine tasks
Spirit of teamwork and customer service (internal & external clients)
Have a good interpersonal relationship at all levels
Very organized and methodical person in his/her work.
Maintain good communication channels at all levels, high sense of empathy.
