
We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry with headquarters in Barcelona, are currently looking for a talented and outstanding Retail & Wholesale HR Business Partner to join our global HR team in Barcelona.
In this role, serving as a primary point of contact for all HR related matters and seeing first-hand how you can continuously propel the business forward, focusing on helping the store teams to adopt behaviours and continuously learn throughout key moments in their career.
Roles and responsibilities:
Organization & remuneration :
- Monitor and ensure all the HR processes in the stores are followed properly, being able to identify which are the improvement opportunities regarding talent, organization, labour relations, training and health and safety.
- Control the staff cost of each store and area, ensuring we count with the appropriate FTEs aligned to our schedules and appointment slots.
- Define, with the Retail and Finance team, the best remuneration strategy to motivate our store and commercial team and achieve sales target (e.g.: commissions, extra bonus…).
Talent Acquisition:
- Support Managers in finding the best talent for our stores and commercial teams, anticipating recruitment needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from the profile analysis with our internal clients, candidate screening, to final interviews and new hire process.
- Contribute to the improvement and optimization our recruitment tools to increase efficiency and find more talent.
- Assist and monitor the new hires onboardings to ensure a proper induction in Pronovias Group and guarantee a consistent acknowledgement of the retail service standards and policies for all employees.
- Collaborate with in the improvement of our external employer branding strategy in the region.
Training:
- Support HR on-boarding, conduct new hire touch bases, and support new leader assimilation for Store Management roles.
- Prepare, adapt, and deliver training materials, uploading them on our online training platforms and regularly monitor its completion by the target population.
- Dynamize the training calendar, creating monthly call-to-actions and follow ups to motivate teams to participate.
- Organize and coordinate in full internal and external trainings: from the analysis of the training needs, content creation, up to the follow up and evaluation once it has been completed.
Development:
- Coach managers on site on how to better support, develop & drive their teams and train them on how to best utilize HR tools available for this purpose.
- Support the Store Managers team to create action plans to keep on improving efficiency in the sales team.
- Conduct exit interviews of voluntary terminations, report and analyse trends and help to recommend solutions.
