We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry with HQ in Barcelona, are currently looking for a talented and outstanding Junior Retail Controlling Intern to join our Controlling Team.

Support in the weekly and monthly KPI’s reports for the retail management that provide visibility of the performance of both own stores and franchises
Analyse on a weekly basis during post-sales period the productivity of the tailoring team as well as identify workload alarms to ensure all deliveries and fittings are on track.
Analyse the results of actual promotional events compared to previous events during sales season and promotional campaigns, plus its impact on sales results
Support the Retail Controlling Manager preparing and sharing with the commercial and operations team the Discounts report identifying stores with high number of discounts, high % of discounts and/ or without the right approvals
Assist the Retail Controlling Manager in examining the P&L statements of stores, and draw conclusions from significant variances.
Support to the Stores Manager in preparing the sales assistants monthly target book.

Requisitos

Currently studying Bachelor’s degree/Master preferably focused on Business Administration or Economics.
Proficient in the use of all Office applications including excellent Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven knowledge in financial controlling/accounting and/or reporting.
Advanced level of English. Any other language will be a plus.
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of data
Flexibility & adaptability
Business and commercial minded
Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment
Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
