Transport Specialist

We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, are currently looking for a professional and talented Transport Specialist, which, according to the strategy defined by the Transport Manager, will be responsible for the management and control of the national and international logistics activity in our Barcelona HQ.

Key tasks will be:

Communication with Transportation Providers:

• Prospecting carriers, collecting rates, making comparisons, and proposing improvements.
• Track shipments, compliance with the Transit Time assigned by route, detect incidents and claim to the carrier.
• Participate in quality monitoring meetings with carriers.
• Cost control by routes, carrier, and country.
• Knowledge of customs processes, air, and sea transport.
• Make insurance claims for carrier losses.
• Knowledge of integration of carriers in WMS environments.
• Integration into a dynamic team with a good work environment.
• Essential culture of internal customer satisfaction.
