Junior Finance Controller (Consolidation & Reporting)

Role & responsibilities:

• Assist in the definition, optimisation and supervision of the budget and cost control reporting by hub and channel.
• Assist in setting up forecasts and budgets according to short/mid/long term business plans.
• Assist in the preparation of material to be presented in the investment committee.
• Assist in the monthly closing activities, including the review of key provisions, validation of the consolidation tool and the preparation of P&Ls.
• Produce monthly cost reports to be shared with heads of share services functions.
• Develop a strong understanding of business activities in order to explain variances in performance versus expectations.
• Assist in the continued digital transformation of the consolidation and reporting function.
• Provide management with relevant financial analysis to contribute to the performance of the business.
• Proactively contribute to maintaining and improving a robust and rigorous internal control environment.
