PRONOVIAS GROUP, a global leader in the bridal industry, is seeking a professional and talented Web Operational & Content Manager to join our Digital Marketing Team at our Barcelona headquarters. As the Web Operational & Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing the Digital Roadmap, managing website functional improvements, leading the global digital merchandising calendar, and managing online product activation on the websites.

You will also be responsible for owning web content, ensuring uniform communication across all channels, evaluating and proposing performance improvements of the websites across multiple devices, and leading the 360º Content Management of the Content Calendar.

Additionally, you will partner with technology teams to guarantee the implementation and validation of new deliverables, and partner with the CRM and Campaign management teams coordinating events and website content.

 

In this role, you will also be accountable for the following areas:

 

  • Brand content & Digital

 

  • Assisting and reviewing development of project scopes, considering resources, and technological constraints including cost estimates with consideration to business impacts and identified risks
  • Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet the changing needs and requirements. This includes wireframing, sitemaps & scope of work
  • Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities
  • Managing the website catalogue, content management, and digital operations
  • Managing the Brand team to adapt key messages for digital
  • Coordinating the 360 digital content activation
  • Partnering with CRM leads on the implementation and utilization of database marketing programs and customer journey maps to drive brand loyalty and sales across the consumer lifecycle

 

  • Merchandising
  • Weekly merchandising of website checking the usage of the insights from all departments
  • Ensure all channels are aligned with brand & communication objectives
  • Performance focused

 

  • Content performance

 

  • Prepare monthly reporting on content performance looking at both content type (copy + creative) & position in website & targeting (if relevant)
  • Share once a month with content team performance and learnings
  • Analyze results & draw conclusions & suggest new ideas

 

  • Web functionalities

 

  • Manage ad-hoc site functional enhancement projects, including planning (scoping, estimation, resourcing) and execution
  • Liaise with Digital Director to improve web performance
  • Define project scope and giving clear instructions to design and development team
  • Create a Roadmap for A/B Testing
  • Manage backlog of website evolutions for product line managed
  • Benchmark direct competition and retail segment once a month and prepare analysis summarizing key learnings and new content ideas
  • Benchmark tools that could be implemented on digital platforms to improve content performance

Requisitos

  • Master degree with focus on Digital
  • Experience working in a multi-site or multi-country environment
  • At least 4 years of experience in digital content management, digital brand activation and digital merchandising.
  • Proficient level of Spanish and English. The knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage. 
  • Knowledge in existing technologies, mainly Magento 2, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, and CSS (all required)
  • Knowledge in Salesforce, mainly Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud modules is a plus
  • Knowledge of project management software such as Jira.
  • Knowledge of current UI/UX trends.
  • Google Tag Manager, SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, and A/B Testing expertise are required.
  • Capability to handle projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to use web analytics tools
  • Experience working with ecommerce and/or commercial content management systems and teams
  • Effective in navigating the internal organization to resolve issues and achieve objectives.
  • Organized, detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and follow-up abilities
  • Effective oral & written communication and presentation skills to persuade decision makers
