Senior Retail Operations Manager

The Senior Retail Operations Manager, reporting into the Retail Director, will be responsible for supervising the store operations and store planning teams towards ensuring an outstanding operational support to the store teams, oriented to help them achieve their sales and service objectives and to act as a liaison with all the main HQ stakeholders to coordinate a seamless implementation of the overall retail strategy in the stores.   

• Work closely with the Retail Director on the analysis of retail kpi’s to draw insightful conclusions and suggest action plans accordingly.
• Drive the implementation of new retail growth-driving projects with hq stakeholders together.
• Guarantee the right business procedures are in place and consistent across the business to ensure store operations are running well.
• Coordinate with the store planning team the stores communication flow to roll out successfully the retail strategy.
• Supervise and identify improvement opportunities for product allocation and store processes, supervising the store operations team. 
• Ensure the perfect execution of the retail trade marketing plan in close collaboration with the marketing department.
• Partnering with Voice of the Customer, drive clientelling and customer journey initiatives to elevate the customer experience standards.
