We are currently hiring an Junior Finance administrative &Inventory management Specialist to join our Retail Controlling team in our HQ in Barcelona.

Within the Retail Controlling team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all inventories are carried out correctly in all our Pronovias Own Stores.

Essential duties & responsibilities:

Store inventories coordination:

  • Define the inventory calendar ensure that it is complied with.
  • Support the stores in the realization of monthly inventories.
  • Review of discrepancies and make the necessary adjustments in the system.
  • Coordination of stock returns & destructions.
  • Presentation of results and action plans to the Area Managers team.

Retail Administration tasks:

  • Reconciliation of cash desk closings.
  • Management of registrations of store teams in the system.
  • Support in other administrative tasks.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or Economics are valued).
  • 1 – 3 years previous experience (within a retail / FMCG company will be valued).
  • Fluent in Spanish & English. French and/or Italian are a plus.
  • Basic Knowledge of Excel.
  • Familiar working with company ERPs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize work schedule and work within agreed timescales.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude towards work.
